Renaissance Properties, LLC is a family operated business that owns, manages and develops real estate on the North Side of Chicago. We have been developing property on the North Side since 1963. Our properties are primarily located in the Lincoln Park and Lakeview neighborhoods, but we have recently expanded into the Lincoln Square, Old Irving Park, Avondale and Albany Park neighborhoods. We concentrate in purchasing buildings in developing areas, extensively renovating the buildings, and then renting out the apartments. We take pride in our buildings and the quality apartments that we offer.
